Regarding the item of VOL-WSRS80 9S, while the engineer design the motor, they could always use this type to assemble the motor. The stator is designed by single tooth mould, so while the motor is in the mass production, it will be produced very fast, it is designed for big quantity.

Considering the technical details, the final motor maybe not a big, but a suitable and small one. It will be used for EV, servo motors and robotic motors application.

As for the coil winding, we always use the automatic machine to finish the final coiling part. We could do the design and details as you request, and we always do them better, esp. for this special mode VOL-WSRS80 9S.

Motor construction

Brushless dc motor also have the stator and rotor same like the common dc motor, but it cancel the brushes. The stator used by silicon steel sheet and the rotor make by permanent magnet. It can be 2 poles to 8 poles just as you wish. Different with the brushes dc motor, the commutation of the BLDC motor is electronically controlled. We will use the hall sensors to do it. Also can use the magnetic encoder.
